Overnight stays will be in small family run hotels, mostly 3*. Two nights on the first trek and 1 night on the extension are spent in an Agriturismo in the hills, both with their own swimming pools available during summertime. In Norcia you can upgrade to a 4* for two nights. In all the accommodation you have a room with private bathroom.
We have personally stayed in or visited all of our accommodations. They have all been selected for their great locations, friendly atmosphere and traditional hospitality, as well as the warm welcome they offer to walkers. Below is a summary of our usual accommodations*.
On this trek, the accommodations are mostly small and family-run hotels with two nights spent in country-side agriturismos, all rooms have a private bathroom.
Night 1: Assisi
This beautiful country house features a terrace, solarium and swimming pool. Some of their rooms open up onto the lovely gardens. Their country restaurant offers simple dishes of Umbrian tradition served on the beautiful panoramic terrace.

Night 2: Spello
Situated in the historic centre of Spello, the Cruciani family have been managing this hotel for over fifty years. Boasting spectacular views over the countryside, you can enjoy your surroundings from the spacious terrace.
All rooms feature free Wi-Fi, television, telephone, safe, and private bathroom with WC, shower/bath and hairdryer.
Nights 3 & 4: Colle San Lorenzo
This stunning agriturismo is family run and exudes a sense of tranquillity. Each room offers spectacular views of the hillside with bright furnishings and relaxed wooden ceilings. Enjoy your meals in the welcoming restaurant serving delicious local produce.

Night 5: Trevi
This classical hotel dates back to the 15th century with intriguing paintings from this period dotted around the building. Their gourmet restaurant is an exclusive and elegant setting where you can enjoy traditional Umbrian cuisine.

Night 6: Poreta
The origins of this accommodation date back to the 17th century, there has since been a full restoration returning it to its full original charm. Their charming restaurant uses only organic ingredients to create traditional Umbrian dishes.

Night 7: Spoleto
Centrally located in the old town, this welcoming hotel has a warm and characteristic setting. Wooden beams painted with noble family coats of arms and the antique fireplace sets up its charm. Each room is characterised by different colours and precious Umbrian fabrics.

Occasionally, due to limited availability or refurbishments, we may have to accommodate you into alternative accommodations which are not listed in the above description.
