Background: After leaving school, Matt jumped straight into the travel industry and began working for his local travel agents whilst studying part-time for a Travel & Tourism Certification. Matts travel knowledge grew extensively during his 6 years there, as did his sales technique!   After brief stints working within Insurance for NFU and then Recruitment, Matts passion for travel drew him back into the industry after being personally recommended to our Managing Director, Paul Sawyer. Matt has played a key role in developing New Experience Holidays from the early days of 3 staff in Pauls conservatory, to the growing success it is today. Newex hopes to get another 10 years out of him!
